The preferred qualification for the job is Masters in Business Administration (Human Resources /Personnel Management) or Post-Graduate Program in Management in HRM/PM (two- year full-time regular course) or equivalent qualification, obtained from a recognized university/ deemed university incorporated by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature in India or from institutions recognized/approved by AICTE or any other accrediting organisations under the Government of India with an post-qualification experience of minimum two years in a reputed organization.

Applications from eligible and desirous candidates will be accepted through online application mode.
Online applications will be accepted on or after 04.06.2012 but not later than 21.06.2012.
Last date for submission of application fee is 23.06.2012 whereas closing of registration after payment of application fee is 25.06.2012.
Candidates required to pay application fee of Rs.500/- with the help of pre-printed challan and can be paid in any branches of State Bank of India whereas candidates belongs to SC/ST/PWD are exempted from making application fee.
